Whining about Whiners

There's a problem in all MMO communities with whiners. But some games developers don't seem to realise that those who post on forums to complain about something are often a tiny minority. But because they are so loud and angry about X feature being wrong, sometimes the games devs listen to them and change the feature. And by that time it's too late for the anti-whiners to make their own view heard. Apathy? not really, they're usually too busy enjoying the game to bother reading the forums.

However, I have the perfect pre-Christmas anti-whiner stance, if you find someone whining in your community do as Bing Crosby would do and sing along (or rather post it in your anti-whine post)....

I'm dreaming of a whineless Christmas
Just like the ones I used to know
Without the forums full of flamers
And IRC without complainers
And gamers playing merrily in the snow
