Rockstar in court again.

Yawn,

It's publicity that you can't buy. Los Angeles City Lawyers are suing Rockstar Games (how many times has that been for Rockstar now?) over the "hot coffee" content in GTA San Andreas.

The plaintiff is lawyer Rocky Delgadillo, a name which would not be out of character in any of the GTA series. I'll bet he'll have a cameo in the next of the series, probably followed by some rapid gunfire on the part of the central GTA character.

The game has been out for a while now, starting with the PS2 version in October 2004, and with the launch of the PC and Xbrick version in June 2005, it's rarely been out of the papers. The problem is simulated sex scenes that were "unlocked" on the PC. Often, content that is taken out of a game isn't completely removed, it's just commented out or pasted over.

Wikipedia has a pretty good entry on the subject if you want further info.
